My Recommended Blog of the Day – 03/29/18

I decided I wanted to create my own form of recognition. Not linked to anyone else’s rules. Not one that requires the recipient to do anything. Just something from me to you that’s a heartfelt and sincere appreciation of the entertainment, enlightenment and empathy I’ve come to expect.

I intend posting these recommendations twice a week. If anyone wants to reblog please feel free. My intention is to shout from the rooftops how much I love my recommendations!!

Today’s blog is one I don’t just look for in the reader queue, it’s one I seek out for fear of missing a post. I have laughed myself into hiccups with this yoke, caught a lump in my throat a time or two and been just gobsmacked at some of her poems.

I would put her right up there with an absolute heroine of mine, Victoria Wood. She’s funny, witty and best of all, IRISH!! If you haven’t guessed by now (WHY????) it’s my wee bloggy buddy, the Babe of Belfast, The Irish Procrastinator

Whether it’s her blather, her poems, or her stories, my routine is the same. Go for a wee, grab a coke and sit down ready to be entertained. She never fails.

      2. Ha ha! You deserve it!:) In the past what has worked for is telling myself -“I am not gonna sleep” with eyes wide open. This reverse psychology is wonderful sometimes😂 Sry, Britchy-one for the night owl ramblings!🙃
