See, come on, they only slightly exaggerate 😁. Love the two young guys casually strolling past. They wonder why people get cynical about weather warnings, especially cyclones / hurricanes 🙄. This kinda stuff doesn’t help.

I don’t watch television news anymore. It is the most corrupt medium. I went to a protest with a sign I had made. I was interviewed by one of the tv stations. They edited my sign and my comments to create an entirety different message. No matter how many lies they tell this way, there’s no way to hold them accountable. At least with newspapers they will print your letters and publish corrections.

I literally just read about this in the paper. I don’t buy a paper, dodge gives me his from the previous day, so l am already behind by a day when l get it. i will not buy a paper, l can get most news watching the news if needs be, but l tend to take everything with a pinch of salt these days.

I remember seeing this the other day! Reminds me of one from a few years back where thr reporter was in a kayak to emphasise the ‘flood’ to only see people walking by in maybe knee deep water
