I’m slinging this in while my cheesecake is baking. Today has been …fractious! Don’t you just love holidays?! I’ve made sausage and egg muffins for breakfast, peasant bread, shopped and made home made burgers with potato wedges for dinner. I’ve got caramel brownies in one oven and cheesecake in the other. It’s flippin’ tropical in here lol

Today’s prompt is a song by a band you wish were still together.

This is hard, there’s so many bands I love that are broken up but I’m going with an Irish band who were way ahead of their time in combining trad music and rock. That’s always a winner for me.

Here are the much lamented Horslips and one of my favourites.
